The workers were nice but so ridiculously slow and inefficient. The owner of the company Josh Brown was also very unprofessional and rude when we brought this up with him, and asked for more money (to be clear; would have happily paid extra if it had been reasonable). It took two and a half hours for two movers to move a 1 bedroom apartment down into a truck. My partner and I ended up moving a lot of the stuff ourselves, because of how slow the movers were and how much time they were wasting. There’s no way it should have been that slow. Would not recommend this company whatsoever, super disappointed.

Josh checked in when I booked, a week before the move and the day prior. Correspondence was great. Labour was very helpful and understanding on a stressful day. Highly recommended.
