    The communication to confirm the unload meeting time and place was overly difficult. We received a text with a link to a Gmail site in which we were supposed to enter details for the unload. We were unable to access the site. After several texts and calls back and forth we finally made contact on a phone call in which the address, meeting time, etc. were confirmed. The confirmation process was unnecessarily difficult. The workers themselves were helpful, kind and respectful. Tip was paid in cash, $10 per worker, on day of unload.
