Loading crew worked hard and were diligent. Only complaint was lack of confirmation call night before from owner. Was worried they wouldn't show!

We never call anybody the night before unless requested to. When you initially book we contacted you and arrange time and place. Once that's done we're all set. You didn't request a call the tonight before. So this review is uncalled for. You're ruining my business based on something you think should happen but didn't ask for and wasn't told would happen
