  • Cody and Nate were outstanding. Cody texted me very soon after I booked moving help to coordinate. First impression, you can tell they are very nice people -- very pleasant to interact with. They were accommodating as my arrival time changed. I had quite a bit of stuff that needed to be moved and my new apartment was a long walk from the entrance but they didn't complain. They placed things exactly where I asked and handled my belongings with care. This is the second time I've used Integrity and I absolutely plan to use them in the future with Roanoke-area moving needs. They are worth every penny you pay them. Thanks again, fellas!

  • Movers showed up about 10 minutes late without notice that they were going to be late. Then they took 3-4 breaks that were about 10 minutes each where they sat on the truck and were on their phones. Shortly before the 2 hours were up there were still a few larger items on the truck and I asked if they could get those before they left. I ended up agreeing to pay them 40 each to unload the last few items off the truck. Shortly after we agreed to 40 each, they told me that I would need to pay them 60 each to finish the job. I reluctantly agreed and they quickly finished unloading the rest of the items in about 20 minutes. If they hadn’t shown up late and taken all those breaks, I wouldn’t have had to pay them extra to stay and finish the job. For reference, I had 2 loaders load the truck easily within 2 hours. So there’s no reason it should have taken them more than 2 hours if they had been working the whole time.
