First of all, I reserved the movers two months ahead of my move. They called me multiple times to try to reschedule my move even after I told them that I had taken off work and could not reschedule. On the day of the move, the movers were an hour and 45 minutes late with no communication except when I reached out to see if they were coming. Then, they asked us to go purchase straps for the move. They asked for the code an hour early after leaving all the boxes in the middle of the kitchen. It was not the usual positive experience I’ve had with Moving Help.
