The team was 3 hours late to the original planned time we had and I had to reach out first to find out where they were, but this appears to be a uhaul failure due to inadequate scheduling and poor clarity on available resources. Since it was originally a 3pm start time (now 6pm) and rain was on the forecast, we had to schedule for first thing the next day. A column of boxes fell in the truck during load up which broke a glass and damaged a family cooking item. There may be more damages but the other boxes that fell stayed closed and were not inspected. Otherwise the team was professional and got the job done in the time allotted.

I was in a first floor apartment and they were moving items from a trailer to my new apartment. I booked them for two hours (the minimum) and they were done in about 45 minutes. I didn't have a lot of furniture or heavy belongings. They were incredibly polite and incredibly fast.
