• Two hours late. The assigned movers were having car trouble so their replacements showed up 2 hours later. But they did communicate this. The movers that arrived had ZERO tools, no hand truck, no moving blankets, and only one single furniture dolly. I had to lend them my small hand truck. They didn’t wrap my off white couch and proceeded to drag it around and get it dirty. They chipped and cracked some of my furniture. One of the movers stayed on the phone for the first hour while moving my furniture UNTIL he SCRATCHED my neighbor’s car trying to squeeze through a tight spot, when there was plenty of room in the garage for him to go through. Thank God I caught him in the act or I’m sure he would’ve never said anything. They kept asking if I used the 10’ UHAUL to move before because it’s small. I used the 10’ ft before because my apt was small AND before, I had competent movers. And then one of them TEXTED me asking me out to dinner. I DO NOT recommend them to help move your home.

• From start to finish, they communicated well. They stayed up-to-date with me and even allowed changes to be made when I had an issue pushing my move back. 10 out of 10.
