Very pleasant to deal with, very straightforward and no surprises, everything was discussed prior to arrival on my move in day. The guys got everything done within the amount of time they estimated and even brought an extra man to help for the same price. They also provide other handyman services so I will definitely will reach out to pick up pros if I need help in the future!
I booked 6 days in advance of my move for 2hrs 2 labor movers with KR's company Rollin7. Reservation stated provider would contact within 24 hrs. I got an introductory text message with KR introducing himself to which I followed up with a date&time confirmation but no response back. I only received confirmation when I asked via text a 2nd time the day before my move (following declining my call but he called back a couple minutes later). Not the best communication for customers who rely on labor movers to keep their date&time since we're already paying for the truck usage&mileage. Luckily, he showed along with a 2nd labor mover albeit 30 minute late which he says was due to an accident on the highway. I didn't appreciate his employee Myre asking me for water at the start of my move when they were already running behind schedule. The uhual plastic mattress protector that I use for each move never ripped open before with other movers. They do work fast tho left with 45 min to spare.
