• the workers moved really slow. the company isn’t responsive and it just felt unprofessional. i ended up helping them because of how slow they were moving.

We apologize that our service did not meet your expectations, particularly with regards to the pace of the move. I would like to provide some context regarding the move. Our crew was tasked with loading and unloading a 20-foot truck, which typically takes more than 2 hours. Additionally, the presence of stairs at both the origin and destination, combined with the need for long-distance carries and incomplete packing, presented additional challenges that impacted the move's efficiency. I understand that these factors may not have been apparent to you, and I assure you that our crew works diligently to complete each move in a timely and professional manner. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us to serve you better.
