• My experience was stressful and disappointing. There were issues with how my belongings were handled, resulting in damage, and the level of professionalism did not meet expectations. Communication was inconsistent, and I had to follow up multiple times without clear resolution. Moving is already a stressful process, and this situation made it significantly worse. I hope the company takes accountability and improves both handling and customer communication moving forward.

  At the time of booking, the customer was offered the option to purchase Safe-Load Coverage, which provides protection for items during transport.

• Was supposed to be to my house at by 9. Did not show until 2 or. Then asked for more money. Very upset with the whole ordeal. I personally never meant the man nor did I get an apology.

  Booking was made last minute.the evening before at around 8 PM.for an 8 AM start the following day. One crew member arrived on time at 8 AM, however the customer requested to push the start time to 10AM.A second crew member then arrived at approximately 1130 AM.Due to the limited manpower initially scheduled, what should have been a more efficient job became an all-day project. Even with two movers, this job would not have been realistically completed within the originally requested 4-hour window. The scope of the move was significantly underestimated, both in time and labor required. Recognizing this, I personally had to step in, travel to the job site, and request approval from the customer to bring in a third crew member to complete the job properly. Despite this, I was not compensated appropriately for the additional time, effort, or resources required.Ultimately, our team went above and beyond expectations. We ensured the truck was loaded efficiently and safely
