I apologize if you feel like the service was bad. I was most definitely professional.i gave u great service for the 2 hours you booked for. My communication was most definitely on point. I was on time and you were a hour late to the time we both agreed. The truck you had my company to unload including myself was unsafe and poorly packed furniture , heavy items was leaning. Items were falling over. The storage had items in the walk away and including packed to the front of the storage until. You did not communicate to me about the items in the storage until
