Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The 2 people assigned to the job were extremely slow and inexperienced. From the moment I saw them I knew they were not qualified for the job. If I did not supervise them, they would move very slowly and they would walk around with 1 cushion at a time (for example). In 3 hours we only loaded half of a 1 bedroom home - no appliances, and we helped a lot. I do not recommend the company.
Miguel and their moving crew were so good! They always had great communication texting me with updates. They even showed up a few minutes early and we were able to get going quickly. They packed up my U-Haul in less than the allotted two hours, so I was impressed. They handled my items with care and got the job done exceeding expectations. Thank you, TJ C Movers!
