  • Scheduled for 830am didn’t show up until around 1200pm. Did not respond to me that he was coming late until around 1030am. Packed everything well. Would not take any suggestions. I had to reschedule with the other moving company helpers for drop off out of state due to this company lateness. The lateness caused me to be a day behind on the move.

    You scheduled for eight thirty when I told you I had a another customer in Hampton Va and I could not make it your time you had every opportunity to find a another moving company I told you a day before what was my moving schedule for that morning I communicated with you there was a shut down tunnel delay also I communicated through the whole time I was late but I appreciate your review thanks
