Disappointing Experience The move was scheduled for two hours but took over three. The crew arrived without needed equipment, and one employee became sick and could not continue. My family had to step in and help finish the move.. I felt sorry for the employees and appreciated that they were trying, but I still ended up with additional rental costs because of the delays. Overall, I was disappointed that I had to rely on my family to complete a job I had hired movers to do.
