  • Unprofessional and extremely inefficient. I hired Apex to move a single queen bed set up to the 3rd floor a simple job that should have taken 30 minutes at most. The crew arrived without the proper equipment to handle the job and struggled with communication. When I told them to leave if they lacked the right gear, they instead shuffled small items around and milked the clock for two full hours. I ended up having to tell them to leave as soon as the mattress and headboard were upstairs. Save your money and look elsewhere.
