  • Communication was excellent and everyone was very kind. They also worked with us financially, including making an arrangement to accept our 65 in TV in exchange for some of the labor, which we appreciated. The cleaning that was completed was exceptional. However, the move took longer than expected and left us worried about meeting our deadline, and we also helped with loading and moving. We paid separately for cleaning and were told rooms would be emptied so the cleaners could follow behind, but that didn’t happen, leaving only a couple rooms cleaned. We gave them several other items (couch, 6 bags of food, 4 bottles of wine) but I became uncomfortable when they asked about additional liquor and our alarm system. A young child was also brought to the home, and I personally saw the child taking an item to their vehicle without asking. Overall, very kind people and great communication, but better coordination of services and boundaries would have made this a 5-star experience.

    Walking in your house none of your boxes and items was packed clothes and beds was fool of your stuff on them dressers was full of items ontop of them including personal stuff like purses and wallets that we do not like touching Table was full of items and alcohol along with night stands and bird cages, cat and dog kennels. Also there was Tvs that was still hooked up couches with metal shards sticking out to where the owner Reese cut his arm very deep Went over time waiting for your party to get things ready to move When walked in the house NOTHING i repeat NOTHING was ready to go Went over time and you guys offered us WEED we declined and tvs then said you dont have money so we worked with you and then asked us to come back the next day to help finish. Also next day same thing NOTHING WAS READY AGAIN Also i brought my daughter who sat down the whole time and you gave her a item to take to the truck Also YOU GUYS OFFERED EVERYTHING TO US Never will work with again
