Showed up half a hour late and we're lazy. They argued that we only paid for two hours of labor. We had to call the supervisor who let the workers know they indeed were scheduled for four hours of labor.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide excellent service check our previous reviews, and we are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. However, we believe there may have been some misunderstandings. We were scheduled to arrive at noon, but arrived at 12;18 PM, which was a minor delay, and we stayed 30 minutes overtime to make up for that delay. We were hired for 2 hours of loading&unloading and 2 hours of packing&unpacking, which was clearly outlined by moving help. I would also like to clarify that I was the supervisor on site with the cowboy hat that you claim to have called and spoken to. Throughout the job, we worked diligently and communicated openly. You mentioned to me multiple times that you were pleased with our work, especially when everything fit as planned. We apologize for any miscommunication about hours, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We aim to provide the best service possible and will continue to improve based on your feedback.
