• The two movers fought with each other while they were packing my items. They did not take special care with any of the boxes even the ones that said fragile. They did not show up in the three hour window and I had to call and see why they were already an hour late. They finally showed up 4 hours late. The guy Drew asked me twice about a tip and then after they got paid I went back to my house and he proceeded to come to the door and banged on the door asking if they were going to get a tip. It made me extremely uncomfortable. They marked my driveway up with the trailer. When Drew first showed up he reeked of cigarette smoke and weed. They took over an hour just to bring back my second U-Haul box. The whole experience was horrible and unprofessional. If I could give negative stars I would have.

• The mover guys were great. The phone contact from the motive movers company, who provided information, had a horrible connection and cut out six or seven times. Dee was nice, but her phone was super bad. I also had to find a paycode in the UHAUL app, and she could not help me find it. I ended up finding it and calling her back.

• Deedee and Drew were great. Hard workers, friendly, professional. We would be happy to hire them again, and recommend them to anyone needing moving and or loading help.
