• I was a hour late meeting them, but they were ready to get to work when I got there. And they had the work done in less than an hour and everything was packed into my U-Haul properly to prevent damages. They both were very polite and positive & the manager on the phone was also very nice and understanding about my having to be late. He was good with communications and overall it was a very positive experience and I would definitely use them again next time I need help. Thank you guys for your help. I gave both helpers a nice trip for the job.

• This company’s service was an absolute disgrace! They were supposed to load in Temple and unload in Dallas, yet their workers showed up completely unprepared no dollies, no wrapping pads, even though I explicitly asked Jonathan for them. When confronted, they just shrugged, saying Jonathan never told them! After a chaotic loading process, I called Jonathan, who promised he’d have the Dallas team ready. I called him right at 1 24 PM with a 4 PM ETA. No answer. At 4 17 PM, I texted no one had shown up. He finally replied at 4 31 PM, saying the team was 40 minutes late! Then at 4 48 PM, he handed me a phone number. The worker lied, saying he'd arrive in 20 minutes. But when I called again, he was at a gas station, refusing to come until he got paid for another job! I waited THREE HOURS, stranded with a 26 foot truck! If not for my friends, who stepped up and moved everything up five flights of stairs, I’d have been stuck. Because of their utter incompetence, I missed my storage deadline
