I have been using U Haul moving for over 16 years. Never have I had to basically regulate the movers to loading just the simple boxes and bins out of fear they will damage my other furniture. Not good, and one of the worst experiences I’ve had with U Haul ever. I don’t know how they maintain a rating of 5 stars. I was embarrassed in front of my in laws. Avoid them.
