Overall decent experience however it was hot and after a few rounds of trying to get all items to fit, they essentially denied my assistance and took the items as is and I was left with some bulky items. Instead of unpacking and repacking, they chose to just leave without trying a few other avenues to get everything to fit like I had measured before. I understand experience is a thing but if someone had an idea to get everything to fit, all plans should be tried. I would use them again, but would assist and plan things further before starting right away.
