  • This was overall a terrible experience all around and I regret ever working with this company. They sent boys in their teens who seemed to be never trained and don’t know how to work to save their life. They definitely knew that they only had to be there for a certain amount of time and if they were slow enough, they could do less work. We were in an apartment that has a long hallway and a ramp. They only wanted to work in a group. Instead of all of them taking multiple items in a cart or dolly, they would try to go with one box or some of them would go empty handed just so they can walk together. They were terrible with fitting stuff into the U-haul and I had to go several times to rearrange things and make room for more too fit. They also can’t listen to directions either and need to be told exactly what to take for every trip despite us putting what we wanted them to take outside the door and telling them repeatedly. To make the day worse, the coordinator was rude on the phone too.
