When we opened trailer at the other end of our move stuff had shifted badly and was falling out so badly we couldn't stop it all from falling. As we unloaded it became clear that almost every piece of furniture was either broken into pieces or noticeably chipped. Would not use these movers again.

They had to reschedule twice therefore completely trashing my schedule, but once they did arrive the 2 young men were very professional and expedient in their work.

Amazing help!! So professional and courteous. They showed up on time and were very helpful and flexible with regard to how we got the move done. I would book them again in a heartbeat. Will definitely be reaching out in a few years come sometime to move out of Rochester.
