    Florida Boyz Moving

    I value communication and fairness, so this review is based solely on my experience. My move was scheduled for 1200 PM, but the crew arrived at 1221 PM without any call or text to notify me of the delay. Unfortunately, several of my belongings were damaged during the move. My lamp was destroyed, my brand new dresser was chipped, multiple items were scuffed, and glasses that were securely wrapped in bubble wrap were broken. I have photos documenting the damage. While I understand the move was challenging due to elevator access and that the job ran longer than expected, the most concerning issue occurred at the end. I was asked for the payment code before the job was completed and was told only a few items remained. Instead, the crew left without explanation, leaving belongings by the elevator and my moving truck open with items still inside. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Florida Boyz Moving to anyone who values their property being handled with care. A refund is warranted
