Team was very slow to unload. Different team loaded 2 story 4 bedroom house in 5 hours. Same # of people, Ace team also took 5 hours to unload to the storage unit. Normally, unloading especially to the storage unit takes shorter time because no need to climb stairs nor to put boxes in separate rooms. After 3 hours, the team requested me to pay for additional time separately using CashApp. They were purposely working slow and I requested multiple times to complete unloading fast.

Super helpful and got the job done. They were flexible with both the start time and were willing to go over an hour longer than anticipated. Ended up moving about three full 10 X 10 U-Haul‘s worth of stuff. Would book with them again in the heartbeat!
