• Would NOT recommend them. I’m sad to say these guys were 2 hours late to load us up, causing an issue with the scheduled unloading help. They did call to tell us they would be late, but we had already changed the load up time to later. They were still late. The guys were friendly, but did NOT load everything. After they left, we found packed items that they hid in another room. An expensive item that required special handling was broken by them. Our unloading crew told us that the packing job was substandard. They said experienced movers could have fit so much more in the truck. My recommendation is to get another company to help with your move. Nova is less expensive than others, but cost us MORE in the end.

  I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us, when we called hours ahead to reschedule your booking so we wouldn't be late i thought that covered our tardiness. Never the less we did have to reschedule so we understand your frustration. The only box left inside the home was a box of glass that we agreed you would take in your vehicle. We did a final walk through of the house and the truck before leaving and was not told of any problems or questions .Until this review we did not know the job was unsatisfactory. Communication should have been better on both end, but we strive to better ourselves everyday... Nova
