  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This was the worst and potentially most expensive mistake we've ever made. There are not enough words to explain how bad this was. Most importantly, most of our furniture was severely damaged due to the manner the the truck was packed. They had no clue what they were doing. We provided ratchet straps, bungees and enough blankets for all furniture that needed to be protected. Not a single strap was used and nearly all wood pieces were not covered at all. They required extra time because they were slow and didnt know how to pack the truck. It started with the owner (or who I believe to be the owner) dropping the crew off. 1 member had been smoking pot in the car and likely continued to throughout the move. It took over 2 hours to clear the overwhelming smell from our house. We felt compelled to tip as it took over an hour for the owner to pick the crew back up from our residence. The unloading crew said they've never seen anything like it. STAY CLEAR.
