• The two helpers were late by 45 minutes (the company did call 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive). When they arrived they were professionally polite and introduced themselves, but they did not look like they were ready to do any work. One of the helpers was sick and all during the support was complaining about stomach pain and was not working up to par in my opinion. I hired this company because I wanted to help on the correct way of packing the trailer and I really do not think the two had the Experience to do the job quickly and correctly. For the workers arrived at my house I had already unloaded all the boxes from the house and they were Placed behind the trailer when I asked them that I needed them to pack the trailer. They were kind of confused. It got to a point that myself, and my friend had to help them complete the job as there was no way they were gonna finish within the allotted time. When it came time to move the furniture, it took a lot of prodding .

• Major Movers were excellent! From the beginning the communication was responsive, they showed up on time (actually a bit early), and did a grat job. I would highly recommend these guys!
