    Gramz Moving Choice

    Gramz Moving Choice was okay overall, but the experience fell short compared to my loading crew in Georgia. Initial communication was a bit rough, and the person who called to confirm was curt at first, though friendlier after a few minutes. I had paid for three movers for four hours, but was told they only send teams of two, so we adjusted to two movers for six hours. The team arrived and did the work, but a language barrier made communication challenging. They were polite and willing, but we ended up doing a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves, which defeated some of the purpose of hiring help. Nothing went terribly wrong, but the overall effort and service level didn’t quite match expectations.

    Marks Prime Moving

    These guys were awesome. Professional and courteous from beginning to end. I initially booked loading services, but when I was unable to contact another company I hired to unload, Don was able to accommodate and provide unloaders in the area I moved to. I will definitely be using them for future moves.
