    Professional, wonderful communication, and overall great experience. For some reason, whenever you mention that you're moving, people seem to think that's a great time to share horror stories about movers who ghosted them or didn't show up. So despite getting an email from Isaiah weeks before to confirm my move and gather info, I was still anxious. So I called Isaiah a few days before to confirm he'd really be there, he not only happily confirmed, but texted me the day before and the morning of the move. Precisely what I needed to relax! When Isaiah and Shawn arrived, I opened the door to them already at the back of my U-Haul and grabbing boxes. I felt guilty about them having to climb two sets of stairs with heavy equipment, but they treated it like it was easy. They were considerate about trying to keep my new carpets clean and they even assembled my bed, which was above and beyond! Not sure when I'll be moving again, but I'll be calling Charlotte Moving and Logistics when I do.
