    The guys showed up ready to work and that was great. What was not great is that they wouldn't slow down and listen. They moved too quickly and did not consider how I wanted things to be done. I have moved myself multiple times and want things done a certain way. It ticked me off so much that I basically 'fired' them within the first 20 minutes or so. Obviously, I had to pay for this service, regardless. After they moved four big items that absolutely required a two people, I told them to leave and I'd do everything else myself. It was incredibly frustrating to spend the money and then receive crappy customer service. While they came ready to work, I wouldn't hire these guys even if they PAID ME to hire them ! I encourage people to find movers who will listen and have customer service skills.
