• The overall experience was bad. I hired 2 movers for 5 hours. Loading wasn’t bad, but after loading, they requested to take lunch. We waited over 2 hours for them to return to the unloading location. During unloading, entertainment center was damaged. Walls were damaged and other furniture scraped. They insisted my king mattress wouldn’t go up to the 3rd floor so I had to give it away that night. I had 2 dressers; one taller dresser and one bureau. They attempted to get the taller dresser to the 3rd floor but couldn’t manage to get it up after damaging walls so it stayed on the 2nd floor. They refused to take the bureau up because they said it wouldn’t fit so the bureau stayed on the porch overnight. The following day, my 64 year old mother and I removed the drawers from both dressers and were able to get the bureau from the porch to the 2nd floor and the tall dresser from the 2nd to the 3rd. They did fit. The movers were nice but were clearly not professionals.
