  Top Flight Precision

  Top flight Precision movers were not very good at communication. I reserved their service and, of course, prepaid through U-Haul. They never called me or followed up—no text, no email, nothing. I had to call them to confirm they had been contracted I then followed up by texting 3 days prior and the night before. Having moved many times and hired many companies, I assumed they would do this. No biggie, I suppose, except a confirmation would have been nice to receive. They worked hard and steadily, but towards the end, they just shoved items and left several things out and on the lawn. After they left, I had to hire a neighbor, along with 2 friends, to unload the first 3 feet or so of the truck to repack and accommodate my items, only to discover that they had not utilized all the truck space adequately. Several of my Rubbermaid bins were crushed, and a few of my antique pieces of furniture had broken legs feet. Needless to say, I was disappointed and would not hire them again.

  We Like to Move it Move it

  We had 2 guys come and carry out all items in a one bedroom apartment down a flight of stairs and to the parking lot to load the truck. They were fast and efficient. Very nice and professional. They did an excellent job in a very timely manner. Moved quickly and the truck was loaded in less time than we had blocked off to get the job done. GREAT JOB and would use them again!
