  • Moving Made Easy was everything BUT easy. They were (and still are) an absolute nightmare. Not only did these loaders not use the protective blankets between my furniture and artwork... but they were throwing heavy wooden furniture on top of other wooden furniture. Needless to say, almost every piece of my furniture sustained deep gouges, chips, scrapes, and broken areas. When I reached out to the management for Moving Made Easy, they tried to make every excuse in the book for their loaders. After 24 days of attempting to get resolution, all I've received is continuous avoidance and empty promises to resolve this. In the meantime, my AMISH OAK furniture and several other items now looks like JUNK. This is such an overwhelming and frustrating experience that I pray others take heed and DO NOT use this company. I I had the option to give a NEGATIVE 5 star review, that's what I would give. Unfortunately, I only have the option to give a 1 star or higher. MOVERS, BEWARE!!!
