Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Jared and Erick were super professional and were punctual. They knew what they were doing. They didn’t waste any item and got the job done efficiently. Highly recommend them. Super satisfied with the service.
Extremely disappointed with this moving service. The movers took 1 hour and 40 min. just to load furniture for a 1 bedroom -- no boxes, since I had moved them myself beforehand -- leaving no time to unload. I tried to make this as swift as possible by placing everything at the front door, taking boxes before hand, and breaking down big items. They worked inefficiently, didn’t offer solutions, and ignored my confirmation that all items fit in the elevator (which I tested the night before), repeatedly wasting time. They packed the U-Haul inefficiently, placing small items in first and furniture last, which forced them to rearrange things and made unloading a major hassle (which I ended up doing by myself). They followed me to the next location(15 mins away) to then say they were scheduled back to back and couldn't help unload. For a two-hour job with very minimal tasks, this was unacceptable.
This is the company you want to move you! They must be Tetris World Champions because they got every little thing loaded. Friendly, professional and trustworthy. This is my second time using this company through the Moving Help app.
