  • This company books jobs back-to-back so the movers were 45 minutes late to my job. Because they were late to my job and had to get to another one after me, big items, like my sofa and mattress, should have been handled by both men. But since they were rushing, one of them dragged my large items on the floor, where ppl's shoe and dogs walk. I wanted to cry but just wanted the move to be over. So I paid for 4 hours, but with them being 45 mins late, the 30 minute commute to my new place, I may have gotten 2.5 hours of move time. At the end of my job, they were rushing to another job. Plus they scuffed the paint when putting down my desk. The person on the phone asked for my feedback, and I was so ready for it to be over that I didn't make a fuss about it with the manager. However, I would not recommend them if you want care taken with your items. In all my years of moving I've never had movers such in a rush and scuff my paint.
