  • They kept asking if they could come later and later. They finally showed up 2 hours and 15 minutes later than they had agreed they would be there. Once there they did a good job but the owner of the company refused to refund my money for the hours that they weren’t there. In fact, he gave me a big hassle about it. I would NOT ever use this company again. Consumers beware!

    If the move was for the afternoon, I gladly agreed to go earlier and I told him that I would do my best to arrive at 1130 as agreed, I couldnt we arrived at 1 we worked with care for 2 hours 10 minutes I paid three hours I wanted the refund but that cant be done the payments are held by uhaul which I explained to him, so the move is done in two hours the payment is already uhaul for three hours, however there are people like you who unloaded the truck and we came back again to load and unload with stairs and you dont value the work and effort that is done to upload everything without damage and with all the responsibility, but thank God we have a good reputation which I know cant be able to damage
