Joe from KB was great, showed up on time, was responsive when I txt, waited while I loaded my pod since it only took an hour, and then txt me later to confirm the pod was back at U-Haul and safely set up to start it's journey. I paid for Joe's lunch while he waited and then tipped him for his service, as he deserved both. I'd recommend KB Operations highly!

This was a very difficult multi-location move. Both units were on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Communication was great. The crew showed up on time. David walked through the locations to make the best choice of how to load and unload the truck. He listened to my concerns and delivered as expected. I would definitely use this service again. Well done!
