On 05-16-2026, DMV Relocators were scheduled to send two helpers to assist with unloading my truck, which I had driven from Florida to Virginia. After hours of no communication, someone from DMV Relocators reached out and informed me that one of the workers had been injured or was sick, and that I would only be receiving one helper. They offered to refund half of the moving cost as compensation for the inconvenience, which I agreed to, and we proceeded with one helper. The move was completed with the single helper, whom I tipped appropriately. However, the promised refund for half of the helper cost has never been issued. As of 06-05-2026, DMV Relocators has stopped responding to my calls entirely. I am writing this review in hopes that it will encourage them to do the right thing and follow through on the refund they committed to. Once this matter is resolved, I am happy to update or remove this review accordingly.
