The communication was great, the moving help was great, however, I'm not sure if the movers think it is funny to remove screws to bed frames, but a bolt that was completely tightened was removed to our master bed and made it incredibly challenging for us to be able to set up our bed. This isn't a very nice joke to play on people who are already exhausted from moving and I would suggest speaking to team members about this moving forward. Other than that, I was appreciative of the help. This is the second time utilizing smooth moves and the first time our other bed frames screw went missing. Just one, exactly like this time. So I am beginning to think it is something that they do. Not cool.
