  • The moving helpers were so nice, respectful, chill, professional. all the good things! The driver, however, was roided up or something, very aggressive and got in my face yelling about having an attitude when i was trying to explain where to park. Really weird and scary experience as a single woman. Just calm down dude... Everyone else was great, but I will be telling everyone to avoid this company just for that. Little scared to post this review since that guy knows where I live now, but hopefully this helps someone avoid or at least be prepared to deal with that guy. Moving is miserable, the least you can do is not make it worse.

    we are sorry you felt this way. That was never our intention, and we will use your feedback to improve our communication. We also want to clarify that we accepted your request with only about two hours notice after your previous movers canceled. Because the U Box was scheduled the same day, we had to wait at U Haul due to confusion with the reservation, while also managing other U Box deliveries that had been scheduled with us in advance. Our driver was trying to complete your service as quickly as possible under a very stressful and last minute situation. We understand moving is difficult, but last minute planning can create pressure and delays for everyone. Please know you do not need to feel afraid. We have no interest in returning to your property. Our goal was only to help and complete the job. Thank You.
