Communications were a challenge with this company. Some phone numbers worked, others did not. It was difficult for me to understand the first person who called me to confirm the arrangements and in a couple of calls, the connection was lost, which is not a problem I have with any other caller. Despite a clear address, and where to park, the two guys had issues finding us on time. The two movers were very laid back, more so than I would have wanted. Fortunately, this was a small easy job (done in an hour), so their approach wasn't too bad for this small project.
