Terrible service, unsafe behavior, and zero customer support! I booked a two-mover crew for 4 PM to ensure an efficient move. Only one mover showed up on time. The second mover was over an hour late, calling from random numbers claiming he was lost at a local grocery store. By the time the second mover finally arrived at around 5 PM, our schedule was completely ruined, so we turned him away. Instead of leaving, he refused to get off our property and demanded money for his bus fare. When we called customer service for help with their own employee, they refused to intervene and literally told us to 'call the police.' We had to finish the entire move with just one mover, pushing us hours past our schedule. To make matters worse, customer service originally promised a full refund for the second mover, but later went back on their word and offered only 25 percent. Extremely unprofessional, unsafe, and unreliable. Avoid this company at all costs.
