  • Only 1 mover showed up a hour late, I had to help move my stuff myself which defeated the purpose of hiring them to do it. I had to reach out to the head person to see if more help was coming after not hearing anything and they didn’t show up until 2 hrs into the move, and neither brought any moving Dollie’s which I was told by the manager that I didn’t have to rent any because they already had some which they didn’t which resulting in me having to rent some. Hence the job took way longer then it needed to and I still had to help both of them. And the one mover had the nerve to ask me for a tip!! Unreal!!
