the owner claimed they were in the 5th hour and demanded a payment of $190.00. When I pointed out that only 4 hours had elapsed, he insisted on the extra fee and directed me to pay him directly via Cash App instead of through the UHaul platform. I paid the amount via Cash App, but I was later informed by UHaul customer service that all payments should have remained on the platform at the agreed rate of $65.00 per hour. This company engaged in dishonest billing practices and overcharged me for their services. I am a single mother and the last thing I needed was to be ripped off.
