The company's communication and punctuality were very poor. They called just 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment to say they would be 30 minutes late, but they actually arrived 1.5 hours late. The person communicating with me continuously gave inaccurate arrival times, which was very frustrating. The movers themselves worked quickly, but they could have been more careful with fragile items and furniture. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
