• DO NOT HIRE. This was the most unprofessional service I've ever experienced in my life. Absolutely disastrous moving day - they were so delayed that I had to miss my train the night of my move because of their lack of competence. They arrived 2+ hours late. I originally asked them to come at 11 am (a normal moving time), and Antonio told me he wouldn't be able to come up 1 pm. After continually telling me he was close (when he wasn't), he finally arrived after 3 pm, so I wasn't able to book another moving company. They brought a UBox that was already filled with someone else's items which took another hour to get an empty Ubox. They didn't drop my Uboxes off at Uhaul until after-hours so all of my life possessions were just sitting in a parking lot over night. I had to uber to the Uhaul the next morning to make sure that Uhaul actually received the Uboxes and were accounted for and safe in their facility. Whatever you do, DO NOT HIRE. Your moving day will be completely derailed.

While we understand your frustration, several statements in your review do not fully reflect our understanding of the events. Our team remained in communication throughout the day and worked to complete the move despite delays and issues involving the UBox provided by U-Haul, which was outside of our control and required additional time to resolve. Your belongings were loaded, transported, and delivered as requested. We have completed many after-hours UBox deliveries without issue, and there was no indication that your items would not be properly received by U-Haul. We also accommodated an additional stop to a separate storage location outside the original scope of work. We respectfully disagree with the characterization of our company as unprofessional. Our team completed the move, handled your belongings with care.
