The frustration was that the Movers did not show up on time and did not call. I had to reach out and was told that they were gonna be showing up 45 minutes past the time that they were hired and that one of the two guys may not be showing up. However, when the one gentleman did show up 45 minutes past the time, he did a great job and I did call them back and say I don’t want to refund of just one person coming. I’d like that one person to get the full rate because he did a great job and was very professional.
