• The entire booking was excellent from beginning to end. I took a risk and booked same day. They were able to accommodate and sent the most incredible mover. He was professional, efficient, personable, and top tier. I even joked that I ordered a mover and they sent an Avenger! The entire experience was top tier! I have already passed their name along. Highly recommend!

• They were fine. It was raining so mud obviously got into the house. One of the guys was sick and vomited next to the ubox opening and on the pathway next to our house that people walk their dog on. They packed the box itself really well and efficient too-but ended up being only one guy doing most the work because his partner was incapacitated. They left the boxes open when they left after asking for a tip in person(Venmo,cash app) vs through U-Haul app.

• DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Very unprofessional overs. EXPECT this company to come in the door telling you what they not going to do. I paid for 4 hours, the movers worked 3 hours, and 45 minutes of that time was used to go get 'refreshments' If you a doing the laborious job of moving furniture shouldn't you bring water with you? Calling the 'service provider' to inquire about a refund or having the movers come back the next day to work the time that had been paid for, I was met with a very rude and unprofessional admin that was very combative had every excuse in the book as to why I had to accept this subpar moving service and how we will not be able to recoup or be compensated for the time. Lesson learned. Also, if you require legs to be removed from a sofa or table. Ensure that you have tools to do it yourself. I hope this review deters you from using this unprofessional 'service provider'. I really do hope UHAUL takes this company off of the Moving Help market place list.

  Sorry that you had a bad experience we did everything we can to help we came and you were not packed and unprepared we still moved area items and it was 98 degrees so yes my workers did have to get water when they were on the way to the unload in which you provided us with directions to the gas station now we do not have tools to take apart your furniture unfortunately but we moved all your items into your home safely we were not available the next day and we moved all of your items that you asked us to move in a timely manner we have been doing this for years so sometimes we do finish early my workers also asked you if there was anything else that you needed to be moved you replied No your couch could not fit up your steps without deattaching the legs and unfortunately because we did not own the couch we do not have the tools to take it apart hopefully your experience next time will be great and we hope that your next moving company helps you to your satisfaction
