  • Unfortunately, the service was not very professional. At the time of booking, we had asked Mr. Aaron Sanchez whether his movers would bring a dolly and pads, and he assured us that they would. However, on the day of the move the movers showed up without neither item, and stated that they had had no communication with Mr. Sanchez regarding pads or dollies. The consequence of this miscommunication resulted in some of our furniture being scratched or damaged during transportation, as well as some scratches to the floor.
